Wyrka

Wyrka is a cunning orc outrider whose destiny was forever changed when she escaped a murderous plot by Krul, fleeing into a devastating blizzard with little hope of survival. Against all odds, Wyrka survived the blizzard through the unexpected aid of Haksa. Rather than emerging from her ordeal bitter and vengeful, the experience instilled in her greater patience, wisdom, and compassion. She became a thoughtful and purposeful huntress who understands when to show mercy and when to strike. In Mideon, the profound impact of her ordeal has manifested as an affinity for ice and the ability to infuse the bitter cold into her attacks with devastating effect.

Riding a massive bison, Wyrka uses her Frost Arrow to harass enemies from a distance, freezing her targets before closing in for a devastating mounted charge. Blizzard Rush allows her to charge Frozen enemies with remarkable efficiency, while Mounted and Impale combine to deliver a punishing melee attack.

As she gains levels, her hunting tactics become increasingly punishing. Ice Breaker rewards her for charging Frozen enemies with additional True Damage and Stun, but the real payoff comes with her ultimate, Winter Shockwave. If she can reach this level, Wyrka can create a fissure that freezes and scatters entire groups of enemies, dramatically shifting the course of battle.

Avoid the temptation to overextend. Her potential for devastating damage can encourage reckless charges, leaving her exposed and vulnerable despite her generous HP. Players who lack patience may find themselves in trouble quickly. Wyrka rewards those who approach combat like a seasoned hunter, carefully setting up their targets and waiting for the right moment to unleash a decisive mounted assault.
