WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can ship the product back to us and we will refund the purchase price. We cannot refund costs related to shipping.

PART OF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED OR MISSING UPON ARRIVAL.

Please snap a quick picture of the product showing the damage and send it to us at support@creaturecaster.com along with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue. We will get you a replacement for your damaged or missing piece at no charge.
