Eidolem

Eidolem loves nothing more than an enemy wrapped in armour, but with his mix of durability, mobility, battlefield control, and support, he’s ready to cause trouble to just about any warband.

His Electro Mines punish armoured enemies trying to push through key areas of the battlefield while Mech Grab yanks enemies out of carefully chosen positions as a free action. Every successful Mech Fist swing gives Eidolem a tactical choice: strip away an enemy advantage, pump extra energy into the target, or redirect power to repair an ally.

Fate is a resource for most heroes, but for Eidolem, it’s also a shield. Combined with his natural resilience, it makes him far tougher than his health bar suggests. He rewards players who know how to manage their Fate carefully—so maybe don’t spend it like it’s going out of style.

But Eidolem isn’t here just to soak up hits. Hyperdrive launches Eidolem across the battlefield in a sudden Charge, and once Power Surge comes online, that Charge can end with a devastating Mech Fist strike—dealing massive damage while leaving the unfortunate target Stunned and  Knocked Down.

Reach his ultimate and Eidolem’s protection extends to the warband. Fate Shield grants extra hit points to heroes who begin the turn near him, making those heroes frustratingly hard to bring down.
